Mr Houghton had requested a quote to supply and fit a new boiler, His existing central heating system was old he was getting regular repairs to keep it up and running he wished to replace the old system with a new boiler in a different location in his property from in the bathroom to the utility room as the old boiler was taking up a lot of space and he was going to have a new bathroom installed in the coming weeks.
