Mr and mrs sidebottom  contacted us through our website to arrange 10 landlord gas safety certificate and annual boiler service for the 10 properties  they currently let out all the properties are in the same building and all apartments have same worcester greenstar 25i erp combi boiler with 10 year warranty    

DAY 1: We then arranged an appointment to suit the customer and visited each property we carried out a let by and tightness test to ensure there were no gas leaks we also carried out a flue gas analyser test for the correct co emissions and fan pressure all landlord gas safety certificate and boiler service were completed in the same day as mr and mrs sidebottom had the keys and accompanied us throughout each property
